Not that I actually need to say that, but I have to admit this latest attempt is especially amusing. What makes these people think they have any right to pull a stunt like this? I'm really hoping it's just one massive joke, b/c that's what it's become: fandom_scruples

In other (less amusing) news, I've been working hard core on developing my vampire story. It sucks I can't really post anything here if I want it to get published. I'm not very good at keeping things to myself...but I'm having fun attempting to use and/or destroy Vampire story cliches. I figure naming the butler Vlad was a pretty good start.

I thought it was funny. The story is called Embrace, and I don't think it's what anyone will expect. My sister seemed impressed anyway. In regards to what you people can read, I've been working on both Rainbow and Treasure. I also have the beginnings of a completely random fanfic and a great idea for a short story from my darling youngest sister.

*gets back to writing*

As for their novels.. the three I have are 233 pages, 229 pages, and 169 pages. That's adobe acrobat files in about a 12 font. so if think it could go that long I'd say send it in as a novel and do a short story for the anthology.

Mine have been coming in really slow too. I have been trying to look at each post I comment on.. it's a chore. I comment too much ;)

Hmmm I'll exact payment at a later date.. *evil grin* So you are going to do the vamp as a novel? Any idea what you will do for the short story?

Doing vamp as a novel. No real short story ideas, maybe something with a ghost. If you want to humor me, throw me a challenge. Or just tell me to hush and get cracking.
