Good Friday

Not the religious one. Watched a couple of movies with my mom, finally got someone else to believe me when I say that Love Actually is a good movie. People seem to either love or hate it. I seem to recall a few lj buddies hated it. It's insanely cute, and utterly ridiculous. But it'll cure a bad mood in no time flat.

Then I finally settled in to write. Have the beginnings of the prologue for Embrace, and about 10 pages of the next chunk of Unequal Children written. I'd be much happier if I could write the stories I wanted to write when I wanted to write them. As it is my mind just discards what I want and makes me write what it wants.

That makes no sense. True though. So Unequal will be ready in a few more days, along with a fanfic I'm working on. Then I'm going to try Treasure again. But right now it's time for food.

I wanted to see that when it was released here in the Fall, but I couldn't figure out the whole movie schedule thing so by the time I looked it had been replaced by the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and I wasn't having any of that shit.

I will have to add it to my list of movies that I want to see when I get home this Spring... moo juice.
