Ugh

I'm very fortunate in that I almost never getr sick. For whatever reason, I've got an awesome immune system.

Which means that when I do get sick, it's just enough to be absolutely miserable without being bad enough I can do someting like stay home.

I've been telling myself its allergies for awhile, or just that I'm tired, but by this point its fairly fucking obvious I'm getting sick. God I just want to go back to bed. X_X

I know the feeling. In the middle of ninety degree weather in Texas, I got what can only be described as a v. bad cold. Took me over a week to recover from, but my boss made me stay home, because I can work from a computer just as well from home, as I can from my tiny cramped desk in a noisy lab.

Two boxes of DayQuil, a Bottle of Nyquil and enough herbal tea to float a caribou later... I'm much better, just still a bit stuffy.

AWWW. *snug* Sounds like a sinus infection; I just got one two weeks ago, and I'm still not really over it. Go to doctors. Now. *demanding point*

I'm the same way, although whenever I get sick it's usually fairly serious. The last time was about a month ago-I convinced myself I only had a cold, but my mom forced me to the doctor and it turned out I had an acute respiratory infection and needed serious antibiotics.

Personally, I always blame the weather changing. Got the sniffles? Weather's changing. Have a sinus headache? Weather's changing.
