You have no idea how much I loved this man as a child. Seriously. I had all the toys. He was my hero. She was okay. I really want the whole movies now *pines*

Until I met Indiana Jones, anyway.

You do realize that the Season One dvd set came out a few months ago, right? It's pretty glorious. SIX DISCS OF FUN.

He was my hero, too. My parents still have video tapes of me running around the yard with a stick, shouting, "BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL."

Also, do yourself a favor and watch this:

I remember when I was in grade school and I watched She-RA He-Man every morning before school.

For some reason I liked She-Ra better though... Isn;t it nice when you can tell so early 9.9

Tygati and I are going through the DVDs of them now. Off and on acctually. As adults, these cartoons are SOOOOOO much more cheesy. And there is only so much cheese you can take.

Heh.

Yeah, the cheese can get overwhelming. I can only watch so much of my Galaxy Rangers before I need to stop for a bit.

My God! I remember him! They used to play him alongside that cartoon about the family that lived on a planet with hunters and dinosaurs!

I have the first three DVD sets, plus the 'best of' set that they put out a while back to test the waters and see if there was any interest. ;)

Man, though, like Mikey said, incredibly cheesy when watching them as an adult. ^^;; Heh...

*hoping for more DVDs, both He-Man & She-Ra* ^^v

I always have new respect for my parents, who endured watching the cartoons we watched so religiously, and didn't make fun of us as we would have right deserved XD

Heh. ^^ On the up side, all the shows that came out when we were little at least had redeeming Moral Qualities to counteract the Cheese. ;) Modern shows seem to be all about encouraging kids to do bad things. ó.ò

I LOVED SHE-RA!!! I remember my Dad bought me one of the She-Ra dolls once when we were out and he told me not to tell my Mom because she told him to stop buying me toys. :o)

*sigh* I loved that crap... it doesn't seem like it was that long ago does it??? And I totally remember it differently than when I see it again. I guess because I remember when it was *new* and now it's not...

Hee hee hee. I loved them both when I was little, but I think I loooooooooooooved their mounts best. XD;;;

(Doesn't surprise you, huh? What with my penchant for anthro and stuff. :P)

Looooved He-man, didn't love She-ra - she could never be as cool as Teela was. Did Teela and He-Man ever get together? I so shipped them back when I was six.

I loved He-man and She-Ra was okay... until I saw Spirit become Swift Wind. This show has a unicorn? That was it for me. I was into She-Ra like white on rice. If they would have stuck He-man on a transforming unicorn, I think I would have melted with glee.

After watching so many years of anime, the animation in He-man looks really crappy. I don't remember it being that bad.

XD He-Man rocked. I saw She-Ra a handful of times as a kid (mostly because I had two brothers and was outvoted the majority of the time) but He-Man was still more interesting. (Eiiee! Loved the big kitty. And the blue ghost guy that looks remarkably like that one FF character. (Cause, you know, I'm so up on names...>_>;;))
