I bet if we watched closely enought, we could find out the answer for sure. There must have been an episode where Mac needed to take off his pants to escape. And we know Bond took his off at every oportunity.
I wish I had the bond movies. But I'm watching season one of MacGyver verra closely. I don't think I ever noticed just how reckless Mac is. As bad as Bond, really, just not as stupid and horny.
But Mac knows he can get himself into those situations because he can get himself out of them just as easily with a few paperclips, a shoelace, and some all-powerful duct tape. ^____________^
