maderrWe've been chatting over email about various songs, mostly sad ones (b/c I tend not to like them but then Sammie pointed out like a dozen exceptions) and this is one of them. It's not as sad as some others, and it's actually rather pretty in a way. Plus old west, sung by Garth Brooks, can't go wrong there.
And I always like songs that tell a story.

I doubt it. I tend to think your stuff is better than mine most of the time. Dude... I can count on one hand the number of times a horse has been refered to by name in a L'Amour--and I don't think any of those have been by the main char.
