Could you clue me in on pizzaspeak? I have no idea what any of these things are you talk about: "landing," "makeline," etc.

BTW, I've got new Yuber/Albert ficness in my journal.

Sorry - I'm so used to the terms I forget most people never need to know them. Sheet outs are where we press the dough into the pans, Makeline is where he sauce, cheeese, and top them. Landing is where they're taken out of the oven, boxed, sorted.
