Since I'm from Europe and have the same problem I use this side - The Cloak (http://www.the-cloak.com/anonymous-surfing-home.html) - it masks where you are from and you can view all the contents. It's quite helpful.
Happy Birthday. I have video taped the first show just for you. I watched the opening and decided I was too faint hearted/squeemish and escaped from the room. So it's watch it at your own risk.
