Oh yes. That and the fact that a word from me to the head manager goes a long way toward moving them onto the "consider firing" list. But I am glad you didn't waste the bullets, those shouldn't be wasted on these morons. I think they'd just ricochet (I can't seem to spell that) anyway - stupidity just doesn't die.
