Wright Brothers Slash?

maderrOkay. Mes parents have been visiting, and today we took a trip to my Dad's old home in Birmingham, Michigan. Lots of fun stuff there - he showed his old house, the police station he was frequently dragged into...where he used to race cars (and where his friend had guns drawn on him b/c he was cheating...), all kinds of fun stuff (and some not so fun, like the graveyard).
Anyway. On the way back we're discussing how pissy Ohio people get about the Wright Brothers - they seem to think that because NC claims "first in flight" that we're trying to deny that the Wright Brothers came from Ohio. But after my dad says something, my mom made a crack about (I forget now why) about how they were obviously in to each other. My dad and I kind of went *blink* and I turn to my dad and go "Isn't that what I should be saying?" My dad was like "Yeah" and my mother "Well, I just think it's strange they never had families or anything."
There you have it. My mother slashed the Wright brothers. It must be so. Now I also know who gave me the incest! gene.
