So now that I'm done with nano, I find myself not quite willing to keep writing complicated stuff. Other than a fanfic for Tygs, I got nothing.

Nor could I find anything to read, despite haveing a pile a bajillion feet high of stuff To Read.

Forgot my parents brought me a box of books that included most of my old Barbara Cartlands. Ding!

Halfway through the book Megan goes: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAOHSHITIREALLYDOWRITELIKETHISWOMAN.

>_>;;;

Don't have her style, but oh gods do I get my sap from her neck of the woods. I think we probably smoke the same brand of FluffCrack.

*snickers* XD All hail Cartland, and bless the woman for inspiring you. *glomps*

...although, that does explain the lack of smex at times. ;3

Heh ^^;;

I'm getting better? I was pleased with the one drabble. At least my characters don't blush when they hear the word "body" come to think of it, most of my chars would hideously offend cartland's ahahahaha.

*smokes the pipe and passes it along*

*snickers* Seriously? You've made an art out of making things seems sexy and exciting and seem down and dirty without ever having things get down and dirty. It's hot cause you can hint without having to spell it out. ;3

*takes a couple hits*

Ha. Some of it is bad - my friend Gomes likes to send me her bad supernatural fiction so she does't have to suffer alone. And she wants me to read Mists of Avalon, so that's on the list. Umm...The Secret History of the Pink Carnation and the other two books in that series - the Mask of the Black Tulip and The Secret of the Emerald Ring. What else? Something about vampires >_> Some bodic rippers skylark gave me, a nonfic book...I should just post a list sometime ^^;;; Will do that tomorrow.

Cartland is but a pale imitation of Georgette Heyer, if you like period fiction/romance.
