If I can't figure out my stress level the obvious way, I can tell it by how much pain my left shoulder is causing me. All through the shoulder, and when it's really bad up into my neck -- everything gets tight and really fucking sore. Nowhere else, just there. And it won't go away. Work was busy busy busy today x_x Mostly b/c I messed something up yesterday and had to fix it today. Remind me not to make that mistake again. Heh.

Luckily the Poisoner of My Tea (aka jolena) gave me her nifty shoulder thing. One of those herb-stuffed things you pop in the microwave and then in this case drape over you shoulders. It helps a lot.

Am also trying Royal Earl Grey tonight. The first time I tried Earl Grey, I did not like it. This time, it is most pleasing. I guess it really does grow on you.

Now to figure out food. Sadly, my boss mentioned KFC and that has spoiled me for my slim pickings. Stars I can't wait to go grocery shopping.

Oh, fucking hell. I just used 'stars' as an epithet didn't I? >_> Maybe should switch stories for a bit if I'm using my characters swear words.

Your shoulder sounds painful- maybe you can treat yourself to a massage or visit a chiropractor just to see if anything is really wrong with it. ^_^

You should get your shoulder looked at. Do you know if you're family has any history of genetic spinal stenosis? Mine does, which is why I'm asking. Because if you're getting numb too, well, it could be another symptom. I have three herniated disks and a lot of pain. Of course, I could just totally be freaking you out and it's nothing but too much stress.

On the other hand, don't watch you're swears. ^__^ because if you're using them then it means that Kidnapped verse is just as ingrained in you as it is in us. And if you want tea, I recommend Good Earth green tea. Sure, it's not expensive stuff that's bought in a tin, but it tastes great with just a bit of honey and lemon.

Last, I have to ask (out of pure curiosity, not me rushing you. Seriously, I could careless if it took a while for you), have you looked up Baten Kaitos yet? Beth was talking about how when she went to find a computer version of it, it was in this totally weird format. Of course, she's also too penny picked to actually go out and buy the game, so it's her problem if it's in some obscure zip format.

Earl Grey. I was less than enthused by the taste my first time, but if it was good enough for Captain Picard, gosh darnit it was good enough for me. Now I like it for less dorky reasons.

Though I do wish I had a replicator. If I had one I'd ask it to make you KFC.^^

I paid other people lots of money to do it for me.

I'm glad the shoulder thing is working out. I've been using my back belt a lot too because of all the standing I do at work. It doesn't help I've been pulling extra shifts. I keep mine cold though. It's much easier to stuff it in the window sill all day and just pull it out than go to the microwave across the hall.

As for the Stars I honestly just thought you were refering to starparty. ^_^
