Home a bit early. Said fuck it and skipped lunch and left early. I'm sick of it.

Going to do laundry and clean, and then see if I have enough pennies for La Rosa's or something b/c after this hellacious day.

Also, somebody needs to make me stop reading vampires stories. Also stop the urge to write something to make it all better. I hate vampires. I will never like them. Why do I keep trying to write them?

Then again, look at the reasons I write everything. I hate sci-fi so I wrote Kidnapped, I hate how in every fantasy book the people are trying to kill the evil gods so I'm writing Lost Gods. I hate modern supernatural, as well as all the cheap cop outs with Living Person Falls in Love With Ghost, so I wrote Dance with the Devil. I loathe, despise, and detest every harem story I've ever read, and every desert story I've ever written has disappointed so I wrote The King's Harem and Sandstorm. All my fairytales are the results of similiar hissy fits.

Is there something inherently wrong with the fact that nearly every one of my stories is inspired by ARGH HATE HATE HATE?

That would, however, explain my obsession with vampires. I hate them. I keep trying to write them in a way I like them. Though I like my vampires well enough, they are far from favorites on my list. This is a fight I'm doomed to lose, nothing will ever make me like vampires, yet it's my nature to learn to like something esp. when I'm determined to hate it.

Christ no wonder everyone thinks I'm a freak.

So glad the week is almost over.

If you feel that way, why do you read vampire stories at all?

Also, I don't see it as writing out of hate. I see it as attempts to improve the genres and pulling people in with you. Because I have to admit, your vampire story is the only one I like at all.

Heh. ;) That's good, because I make fun of the stereotypes partly because of how much I hate them.

And I agree with the comment below: Your stories are reactionary insofar as it means you can see the flaws in what you've read and aim to correct them. And boy, do you! ;)

I hate vampires too, and I'm still writing a vampire story, so maybe it's a common thing? (I just love my vampire character because she's a sadistic bitch. Even though that doesn't come into the story so much.)

I'd never have guessed you didn't like the genres you write in: I've always thought your stories were universally amazing. (There, have some gratuitous love for the day.)

That's the reason I end up writing strange pairings. I mean, if there are no decent stories, somebody just has to write them.

I mean, I hate vampires as well, and what did I write? Fortunatly just a very, very short piece. Otherwise I would probably end up as frustrated as you.

If hating stuff makes you write, I can only hope you hate a lot of stuff. Think of it as a good way to get rid of your hatred, rather than going out and I don't know...incite riots or something, you turn it into BL fluff!! If everyone was like you, the world will be a better place. LoL!
