In Kidnapped-verse, I tend to name most red-skinned humans after birds. The temptation to name this lawyer Vulture is nigh overwhelming. Behaving is such a hard thing to do.
Well, you could go with a less obvious way of naming him Vulture. Like, the family name is Cathartidae or the scientific name for the turkey vulture is Cathartes aura. *geeky bird biologist mode off* but I agree, vulture is an awesome name for a lawyer!
