You have interesting timing. At the moment Egyptian makes me think Yu-Gi-Oh because I've been watching LittleKuriboh's abridged series on Youtube (among other places) again. Never seen the original anime and I've only read the manga cause I used to have a shonen jump subscription but these videos are really funny.

So yes, Egyptian makes me think YGO fics at the moment. No doubt whatever you write will be much better.
