Thanks for everything, my peeps ^__^ You helped me survive Monday.

Skylark suggested I rewriter Kidnapped. Idiot me told Kitty this, who jumped all over it. HTF do I get myself into these things? ^^;;

Going to a baseball game tonight, so alas I will not be home this evening. I really hope we don't get home too late x_x Tuesday is not the best night to go to a game but eh. Since my mom taught me baseball I've been really fond of it, and the live games are so much better than TV though I do miss shouting at the stupid ass announcers.

Though speaking of things I'm writing, I see people keep rediscovering Never Afraid Are We. Have no plans to abandon that completely, for people who keep asking. I have waaaaay too much fun with that cracked out thing. Plus I get away with cussing lots.

Think there was somethin else I wanted to say, but it seems to have slipped my mind.

Ah, I've gotten bad about replying to comments again =_= I am sorry. I really really really need to get better about it.

Edit

One mystery solved. Not too long ago I had this nasty nasty sore on my leg. Boss lady said it looked like a spider biter. Megan freaked. Kitty, while Megan was on bus quietly being scared, looked everything up and told Megan how to take care of it. Bite slowly has been going away, mostly gone by this point. But I never could figure out where/when the spider might have bitten me.

Just saw another one crawling around my clothes this morning >_o I don't have a dresser, so often as not my clothes wind up in a huge messy pile on the floor. So wish I could buy a dresser =_= But they're all too expensive and I can't get to places where they'd be dirt cheap. Will have to work harder to keep them off the floor and at least in laundry baskets. Mergh.

:)

Huh. I've never been to a live sports game in a stadium before personally, how's it like?

I don't know, I never seem to mind if you don't respond to my comments (I mean, half of them are bloody moronic anyway, I wouldn't really be surprised if no one would answer to them. Too much squeeage and the like). So don't sweat it, and enjoy that game!

I'm sure that people take delight and joy from your squeeage - no need to put down your commenting habits. Listen to your icon and squee! :D

I luff your comments ^___^

Stadiums are fun, so long as you like the people you're with or the game itself. It was really funny because Sarah and I kept making all sorts of jokes and stuff that kept freaking out the guy next to me.

Rewrite Kidnapped? >< Wait wait wait. I haven't re-read it for the third time yet! ^^ (Cause I still haven't gotten around to read about the 'hidden' attraction between Petya and Jadey.)

Wish I had baseball games to watch. >< Lucky you. And at least you reply to comments. ^^;; I always forget to do that.

Well, at least the bite wasn't poisonous, right? (Right!?) Dressers are fricking expensive. If I didn't have all these random bottles around in my room, I wouldn't have gotten a dresser either.

G'luck with your brand new day! (Mine's gonna end in about 6 hours.)

I don't think I did a very good job of that >_> it was clear in my head, but no one else ever noticed, so I suspect it's not there much, if at all. Ah, well. Will do better in rewrite ^^;

I'm only recently converted to the sport, so much to learn for me. But it's fun!

Definitely. I was lucky lucky.

For the dresser issue, can I suggest the following:
IKEA 31.5"W Aneboda - $69.99
or
Walmart - Free shipping to a nearby store
Espresso wood color - $59.92
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4810697
or
Salvation Army/Yard Sales

I just got home and saw this and yeah i thought walmart too. My desk is from that same line and it IS particleboard but it's dense and sturdy and holds my full tower geeked out gamer computer wonderfully...

It IS also yard sale season...but you'd have to find a way to get it home. There's always ebay and such too...

Oddly enough I carried my friend's bookcase to her apartment on a little suitcase roller we paid about $10 for. Got weird looks, but we weren't dead in the morning.

And if you can stand it/afford it take the bus to walmart and a taxi home? a box with a dresser isn't big and can fit in the seat next to you.

And I don't care if I get replies to comments either...

I've tried ebay before, even things like craigslist. Transport always stumped me, but I never thought of a taxi... ^___^

Oh, I never tried IKEA. Walmart would work, except for the having to go get, but maybe I should ponder the taxi idea someone else mentioned.

Thankee! ^___^

Kitty is all kinds of awesome 'nuff said. I have a little cupboard thingy for clothes. and then I have 3 book cupboards and still not enough space for my books. There are no books underneath my bed. There is a bed in top of my books. My room does not have books. My books have a room. O.O

That sounds Ominous. Probably where I'll be in a few years, seeing as I'm putting in another book case. I just put one (floor to ceiling) in last August.
I wish you luck with your wayward books. Maybe you can read them into submission? And claim your room as your own?

That sounds like my house. I have two large bookshelves, my parents have six plus one small book cupboard. And our bookshelves are pretty deep so we end up doubling up and stacking books on top of them. It's sort of annoying when you want to read a book that's behind other books but it's the only way we'd find space for as many as we do.

Sadly, my book collection is lacking. I've got three bookshelves with five shelves each all filled, another with four all filled, then three more with two-three shelves that are mostly my books but some are Sarah's. Of course, back home I have another seven boxes...

XD If I thought you lived anywhere near me (less of nowhere state of confusing turns, OH, and more of the other nowhere state a skip over that’s oddly green for a riverbed, IL) I'd offer to give you one. We, being the packrats we are who, unfortunately, have a basement, currently have two in storage and a number of climbing dressers - huge things with built in space on top areas and shelves. Though not quite as good as a dresser, it works for us poor injured people who can't bend over even though insane for being comfortable in no space, stretchy positions.

Fucking spiders! I hate the fucking spiders! And it's never a 'see one, kill it, don't see another for months' type deal. Ohhhh no. It's a 'see one crawing on you, freak out, lose sight of it, see it again later, kill it, see another one and kill that one too, see one the next day crawling on you again, lose sight of that one too' and so on and so forth type deal. Guh. I HATE spiders. I'm sorry you got bit by one. :/ I'm glad it's going away though. Fucking spiders. Funny thing is I don't keep my clothes in a dresser either and that's where one of the creepy bastards escaped to on me one day. I keep everything piled on a chair now. Maybe that'll help you?

I'm glad that NAAW isn't dead in the water. ^.^ Even if it doesn't get updated for a long while yet, knowing that it might is ok by me.

And don't worry about the lack of responding to comments. Your devoted readers will still adore you. Or your work. Which ever. XD

Oh, gods, if I'd found one crawling on me I would have FREAKED. I'm trying to make myself overcome my fear, but it's a long, slow, horrific process >_<

Ah, chair. Good idea.

I love NAAW too much to give it up ^^;; Though it's one of those stories I was like 'no one is going to buy this' and then they did >_> But I can dig it ^___^

Never Afraid Are We! That was really fun. Yes, cracked out, but still fun. And perhaps you could continue Midsummer Moon? I want to know what's happening with Lowell and Pete! And Pete's brother, I forget his name.

Glad you figured out about the spider - I usually don't mind spiders, then I'll see one on the ceiling above my bed (I used to sleep on the top bunk in a set of bunk beds) or worse, in the shower, and completely freak out.

Ok, going back to lurk in my corner now.

SWEET!!! *tackle glomps* (The Kidnapped, not the spider bite...) *hearts you madly* ^________________________________^!!!

I get spider bites occasionally (mostly in the summer as winter KILLS the little bastards (the biting ones, the others are okay. They can live. *nods*)) Most of mine have just been like super bad mosquito bites.

If you have enough closet space, you could always just invest in hangers and hang everything up. ^_^;;

Hee. I think you must be the only one who remembered I mentioned rewriting that once.

Yeah, that's what this one looked like, but spider bite did'nt even occur to me until someone else said it.

Too full of junk, though I guess I could myself clean it out.

I read NAAW just this weekend. It was awesome, I thought. And it stands out because it's so different from your usual stuff. Not that I don't love the wonderful fantasy stories, but I have a soft spot for mechs.

I do not like spiders... They make me nervous and upset, though i'm not sure why. But getting bitten by one... *shudder* You have my deepest sympathy.

My mom got bitten way back when I was a wee baby - long story abridged, the skin on her leg kind of melted away... And then she became allergic to spiderbites thereafter...

But anyway, that aside, spiders love dark places - duh, I know - but cloth piles are perfect. I picked up a sweater once and a gigantic spider dropped from it. I did not (cough) squeal like Beast Boy(aka a little girl).

I suggest you do what I did - get a new best friend named Raid and spray those suckers. Or air freshen them to death - I did that once too... I was desparate...

First comment of mine on your journal, so hi, I really enjoy your writing.

I just wanted to say that I looked up never afraid are we and that it was amazing, particularly the swearing just made it work, very good writing.

This officially makes never afraid are we and the azure the two stories I'm looking forward to from all the writers I read on the internet.

Once again thank you for sharing your writing with us.
