Somehow, there is nothing quite so awful as a bad dom/sub fic. It just leaves me feeling sick. I need to write more dwtd dragons now. well, tomorrow. for now I'm going to bedz0r.
Seme/uke is not necessarily Dom/sub, you know. But there are good stories of both types... too bad they are hidden among a pile of crappy ones. *siiiiigh*
Oh, I know they're two different things. I was more referring to the fact that people make one character TOTALLY bottom and TOTALLY top. Like, the Uke that's so Uke he's a girl with a dick, and the Seme who are in no-way whatsoever gay.
I know, I know.. I'm not really fond of femmy men in my smut either. I'm just grateful Yamane Ayano doesn't exactly have that problem with her long-haired semes. *glomps Fei and Havi*
Here, here. It's getting to the point where it is overused. Not shocking and just plain bleh. An excuse to skip any kind of plot or character development. Yeah! more dragons! I am a big fan of interactions between the dragons and owners in these stories. Plus, there's always a chance for werewolves!
