dude, LJ was down awhile

maderrI can't believe one power outage could cause that much downtime, but I know nothing about such matters so eh.
So occasioally, for no good reason whatsoever, I hear snippets of conversations in my head that basically amount to nothing. Like I catch the characters chatting, but don't get the full story. Kinda weird, but you know, I hear stranger. Most of the time I laugh or roll my eyes or make certain I haven't been slipped something. Yesterday's wasn't that remarkable, but I attempted to amuse Kitty with it, and so shall attempt to amuse all of you:
James quirked a brow as he watched Mac duct tape the security guard. "If we were actually dating, I think I would have to consider this cheating on me."
Mac rolled his eyes and did not dignifty that with an answer, except to reiterate what they both had been saying from the start of this mission. "Never again am I cooperating with you."
"Yes," James agreed, "the sex is much better when we're competing."
"Shut up, Bond; I have plenty of duct tape left."
In other news, have about 10-12 pages of knight story left, then I can finally work on SMP this weekend x_x Sorry, SMP buddy.
Really getting sick of my cat waking me at 4:00 AM >_o Urgh.

Then my mom told her that it's because she feeds them as the first thing she does when she gets up and the cat expected, and demanded, it rather than letting her get to it in her own sweet time. To make sure our cats don't do that, Mom makes sure to do her own routine first in the morning, bathroom-kitchen-laundry, etc. I'm not sure if it's "too late" to start desensitizing your cat to immediate food gratification, but I doubt it. 's usually never too late.
