Suppose I should actually get ready for work, as I'm supposed to leave in 20 mins. Boo hiss. I so badly want to take my laptop with me, I could get so much work done at lunch *sigh*

I don't think they'd ever break up, especially over something 'trivial'. After all they've been through, I just can't see petty jealousy being any sort of issue. That aside, Dieter is too arrogant for jealousy. But I'll ponder it, I don't like to completely dismiss something out of hand.

I agree that they wouldn't break up over something silly, but maybe they had a huge public fight and everyone thought they'd broken up (like Dieter left in the night right after for an emergency), so everyone tries to ...um, woo Beraht, who doesn't really realize it, and Dieter...reacts badly when he returns.

It doesn't have to be something trivial, and instead of jealous, Dieter is possessive. *squints* Maybe, that would make a difference. I don't know...I'd just liked to see a little trouble in paradise and then make-up sex.
