I don't like pepper and have been told to watch my salt intake. So now I am an herb fiend. It also helped that my cousin owned a Middle Eastern shop where I use to get large amounts of exotic herbs for pretty cheap.

Yeah, my big problem is that I'm unfamiliar with them and I fear experimentation. ^__^;; Though I do know that I hate basil.
