Stupid Borders won't let me use my gift certificate online. Bastards! I could have preordered all that lovely manga! Now I must either spend it on others stuffs or wait 'til Nov. and hope the Waldens near me has all the stuff I wanted to preorder.

You can call the Waldens. Mine lets me order stuff by title author and isbn over the phone and then come to the store to get it.

If this is an EGC you should be able to use them online. I work there. It should work. If it continues to give you problems call the number on the back of the card.

If it's not a card and it's some other gift certificate, I am not sure if you can use it online or not. However, you can always order stuff from a particular store and it will be shipped to the store and you can pay with your gift certificate there.
