Don't know what to do with my Friday night.

Should write, probably is what I'll wind up doing.

Would love to watch a movie or plaly FF XII, but that requires going in the living room, and I cannot stand that fishtank (nor should I have to endure it, this is my house too, or so I like to think).

Nothing to read. Keep trying to read Empire of Ivory but as much as I love the Temeraire books, she is a serious angst queen and I would just like something GOOD to happen, instead of reading everything with a knot of dread in my stomach =_= If/when Ganby finally dies, I am going to cry and possibly write unpleasant letters. I do not want him to die ;__; and I am afraid she will kill him. So, Ivory is stalled.

Thought about going out, but I should not be spending money, and there were no good movies out anyway.

So, I guess make tea and write it is.

I am totally envious of your Friday night, if that makes you feel better. I would kill to stay home, make some coffee, and just write for an evening, no interruptions or stress or socializing with people I don't know and can't offend on pain of being fired or something.

Could be worse (and I say this, knowing it's going to rain and there's a fifty percent chance of migraine on the horizon for the evening), but I hope you have a good Friday and a good weekend, and if I'm ever in Cincinnati (maybe? Ohio somewhere, I know without looking) I'll totally take you out for an evening. ^___^

Aha, it's funny, most days that's exactly what I want. And really, I was cool with it - it's just I like having someone else around? I claim to be a hermit, but if there's someone else about while I'm typing away, that's when I'm happiest.

You'll have to tell me what food you like, cause Cinci has everything and then some ^__^

Yeah, I kind of know what you mean. Sometimes it's lonely just sitting by yourself writing. ^___^ 'Swhy I like AIM though, because then I can chat and write at the same time, provided I've only got one or two conversations going at the same time.

I'd say I'm not picky, but that'd be a lie. Anything vegetable usually sits well, since I don't like most meat with the exception of occasionally chicken and fish. I would love to go to a proper sushi bar at some point, though. That would make me happy. ^____^

You should cook somthing yummy and watch movies on you laptop in your room. That way you get movies and no fishtank.

But it's raining and the thunder is out - well, at least where I am - and the air is nice and moist! I love the rain and standing in the rain and you practically hear the ground breathing a sigh of relief because it's been parched so long.

Rainy + writing + tea (limon - you?) = Relaxing, pleasant evening.

I love the sound of thunder. It's calming. Though it seems you enjoy it much less than I do... Hmm...

Hey, I could come down for a weekend and we could clean the upstairs (not throw away anything, just find new places for it to live...for some reason, it's always more fun to clean someone else's house then it is to clean your own.) so that the fishes could live up there or so you could have a space upstairs without them? XD Or not. Just a thought.

*glomps* I wish I could help with the Friday night blues, but I manage to fritter away hours without figuring out what I've frittered them away doing. ^_^;;

Woman, I would not drag you down here to CLEAN. That is cruel and unusual punishment (though I totally agree that cleaning someone else's house is way more fun).

Tempting, cause we picked out paint colors ages ago and if it was clean I could paint and then buy a futon and set up my bar finally...

But, not abusing a friend that way <3 One day, I'll manage to get Sarah to help me like she promised two years ago. Heh.

The Temeraire books are the best dragon novels I've read!

Though, of course, the DWTD dragons hold a special place to me.

^-^; Which is probably the reason why I wish Temeraire could turn human... Lawrence/Temeraire. I'm being affected by too much slash. I find the lack of romance and strong (slutty femme-fatale less) female characters to be very refreshing.

I think you created a Poll long ago saying you're working on a story about "Yume" and another story about Blake. Both dwtd. They're not dead fics are they?
