My roommate is full of crazy >.> I wonder, on a scale of scary otaku!, where pumpkin carving otaku rates. She has a tool box. And binders that are (to be) tabulated and organized by website/book and I think pattern.

Also, this one of the greatest songs ever.

Now, excuse me while I start plotting where to hide all her halloween stuff next year and replace it with a ransom note.

She's not alone.
This year's main pumpkin was carved with a pirate ship and skull and crossbones.
I've got a toolbox of tools as well.

^__^ That's awesome. Honestly, I just giving her flack. I'm supposed to be the straight man in our routine. She did like 19 of the suckers this year, and I swear about half the passerby threatened to steal the Jack Sparrow pumpkin.

I need to find that pattern to carve it for my mother for next year. She would die happy to have a Jack Sparrow pumpkin.

When my roomie reappears, I'll ask her where she got it. The woman has this massive stack of books and like four? different websites.

http://www.zombiepumpkins.com/ <---- Jack Sparrow!

It's a pay site but it's only $2 for 2 patterns or $5 for access to all of them. Then again if you want I can send you the pattern if you want!

Pictures of Jack, the Pirate Ship and Barbossa and the rest of the pumpkins are here!

I've already pre-ordered all the pumpkins for next year in order to make the world's largest pumpkin pie.

Sorry.

Not sure where I'm going to get all the whip cream though.

Is that the song that goes "I can call you Betty, you can call me Al"? I remember my parents playing that when I was younger. Heh, and now that I'm older, I kind of miss some of the music I was forced to listen to from them. ^____^ Like the Eagles and Bon Jovi and Aerosmith. I should totally filch some of my mom's CDs when I go home for Christmas.

Uh, sidetracked. ^__^;; I originally came here to let you know that I love you and will totally be babbling at you tomorrow for Weathermage. Would do it tonight but am dead tired after the Quidditch Cup earlier.
