Today was a very draining day, for various and sundry reasons.

However, tomorrow is Thursday and that puts up closer to the weekend (even if I have to work Saturday x_x).

Can't decide if I want to eat, collapse, or just try and work.

Sorry to seem so blah this week. I think it's mostly the weather putting me down, and it really doesn't help that I'm surrounded by people who find my abject misery in this weather amusing x_x I can't help it, I grew up in tropical weather. We no likes cold, precious.

Must motivate self into moving and not simply collapse right here on the couch (though, I'll probably move if only because of that stupid fucking fishtank).

OH YEAH. Sammie, I got Viewfinder 3 today ^___^ Will send shortly <3

Fish are fun to watch!

Fish are fun to feed to cats.

Avalon has been worrying about you, btw. Or did I miss where you dropped her a comment? It occurs to me now I forgot to look.

Are you sure you've got the right person???

Why would anyone be worried about me?
From: [identity profile] maderr.livejournal.com

Yeah, nevermind. I did have the wrong person. Eyestealer is the one apparentely missing. Ignore me. Obviously I've had enough thinking for one day *sigh*

Used to what? Me being an idiot? I swear to god it was your name I saw, because I remember thinking 'but I've seen her around loads' and then I went back and saw it was eyestealer... Even my own brain hates me today, I swear it.

<3

Aw, man, when you put it like that...

Nah. I'm just used to stuff like that happening.

You're never an idiot. Where'd you get that idea?

*squish* Does the sound of a nice crackling fire cover the sound of the tank? Also, I'm totally jealous of the fireplace.

*pets* Sorry you are not so fond of the weather. I can't imagine anyone would like it if they had to do the whole bus commute thing. Finding an enjoyment for active outdoors things helps with the abject misery, but I don't recall seeing very many venues there in the city. *more petting*

I hope eating makes it on your list before collapse. Food is important. *nods*

If it makes you feel better, I technically grew up here and still find it absolutely miserable in the winter. :S

(Just subtract a year in Georgia, two in Greece, and two in Texas . . . mmm, for the first five years of my life I was a military brat.)

*hugs* Just don't look out the window and think of turquoise wanter and nice, white sand beaches. At least that's what my mom does. Being born an raised in New Mexico, she's never gotten used to our canadian winters. We got at least 2 feet of snow yesterday, which added to the 3 inches already down. Mushing time... But yeah, tropical mental images, nice hot tea and no looking outside.

I was shovelling our sidewalks at 9pm last night. In a sweater and sweatpants. Without gloves or scarf. I was doofus.

By the way, what did you think of the end of Tin Man? I found it sort of predictable. And lacking. I'm thinking they've left themselves wide open for a sequel deliberately, because that totally sucked as an ending.

And I loved the stuff with Cain and Glitch SO MUCH.
