I was watching diehard and my cat didn't car. Ten minutes after I put on Transformers, he appears to watch avidly. Pumpernickel obviously has a thing for robots? Hee hee.
Edit:
I love Sam's parents. "That's his bliiing." Ahaahahha. So wrong. I love this movie.
The military in this movie makes me happy. adf;ad;flad;slfkjaldkdff. Tasty. I want a military story. *.* Yus, hot soldier boys.

Date: 2007-12-22 09:03 pm (UTC)Oh, I had a question for you. Two, actually. Let's see... 1) Have you read On Fire by Drew Zachary? Torquere book. It looked familiar, and summary sounded good, but... I don't trust the publisher. Question 2 is also Torquere related: Have you read anything by Tory Temple?
Edit: Here's

Date: 2007-12-22 09:22 pm (UTC)I think On Fire was one I started, then got fed up with and stopped. Tory Temple...that sounds familiar, I think another fire fighter thing? Blah, contemp stuff bores me. Those stories are ninety percent smut and ten percent oh the woes of being a gayman in this modern age. or something. I dunno, I'm a bad one to ask for Torq. Even the stories that have bits I like, I dont' like the whole b/c they're predominantly smut and very thin on anything else.

Date: 2007-12-22 10:00 pm (UTC)Yeah, that one was good. There's some others, Julia Talbot's period stuff I mostly like. Her Rossi stuff. That one with the tattoo and furniture guy was good, but I kinda got fed up with all the fsking sequels. Some shit should just be allowed to end.

Date: 2007-12-22 10:08 pm (UTC)Heh. Someone awesome told me not to read sequels, so I have obeyed.
Something I've noticed, that seems to go along with the whole sequel thing: it seems like, once you are in the club, they publish anything you write. Like some of the anthologies. It seems more like our SMP newsletters, where everyone is asked to contribute, and we publish it all. Which is great, for us. But a publishing company should still screen its stuff, I think. *shrugs*

Date: 2007-12-22 10:16 pm (UTC)Oh, I could see that. It's again, more a case of I like elements of the Rossi stuff rather than the grand whole ^^ Plus, Italy. I confess a weakness.
Yeah, I learned my lesson on sequels, argh x.x
I've noticed that, too. I guess it works for them, but blah.
