I'm so sick of work
Dec. 28th, 2007 09:50 pmI keep bitching about it, I know -__- I swear to god I keep thinking "it can't get worse than this." Then it does. I'm pretty sure someone has put in her two weeks notice, but I don't know who, and I'm tired of the stress.
On the upside, might be getting my books back. Annoyed the bitch enough that she at least replied to a text about them. Progress.
Went shopping tonight, because I did not want to come home in the early evening to a cold, empty house. Still wish I had some company, but it seems to be the trend that when I most want it, people have better places to be *sigh* Mopey mopey me.
Um. Would try to write but honestly I'm fried. Work killed me today (out of 412 copy jobs, I did 176 >_o) . I'ma gonna crawl into bed with my new manga and fucking vegetate. Peace out my homeslices.
Oh yeah:
In case I never make it clear, I love you peeps muchly. It slays me you put up with the doofy stuff I come up with ^^; And that most of you realized Trevor and Richard were playing Castlevania? You are my homeslices ^___^

Date: 2007-12-29 03:39 am (UTC)Also what does "you are my homeslices" mean? *is curious*
*laugh* I should try Castlevania on the PSP or something, but I'm afraid that the mad jump-jump-MISS-AUGH frustration would kill me. XD;;;;

Date: 2007-12-29 04:30 am (UTC)I figured they were probably talking about Castlevania, since that's the only vampire game I really know, but I've never actually played it for more than a few minutes. I tend to suck at side scrollers. I'm really only good at RPGs and adventure games like Zelda. And I do okay at fighting games. So while I'm interested, I've never spent the money on Castlevania because I know I wouldn't get far enough for it to be worth it.

Date: 2007-12-29 11:33 pm (UTC)...You know, come to think of it, I may have a copy of a PS1 Castlevania game somewhere. A few years ago a guy I was dating gave me his old PS1 and some games, that may have been one *goes to look*
Huh. I apparently have Symphony of the Night, and just forgot about it because I was more interested in the Final Fantasy games and Alundra the Zelda Knock off at the time. I think I vaguely recall trying to play it and giving up when I could never last more than five minutes. Might as well try again. If I can get through 10+ stages of Monkey Ball, surely I can get through one stage of Castlevania.

Date: 2007-12-29 11:37 pm (UTC)Symphony, btw, is usually considered the easiest Castlevania of all time. It was the first one that included a leveling-up system, which makes the game so easy that even I can play it. :)

Date: 2007-12-30 07:04 am (UTC)I'll definitely have to try playing it. We'll see if it wipes the floor with me. And I'll send it to M if I give up on it.

Date: 2007-12-29 08:11 am (UTC)At lest you will get your books back. That's a start. And maybe you'll also finally get some new co-workers that you can actually stand? Like... soon? Hopefully? *meeps*
Castlevania is the only vampire hunter game I know of that has them using whips to kill vampires. So, um, yeah - logical conclusion. That, and I knew you liked them. Me, I haven't played a one, but I am in love with Kojima Ayami's artwork. And with Mathias. *sweatdrops*

Date: 2007-12-30 05:41 pm (UTC)But since I own that game and don't know of another with a whip... I just love it when you press the up button and he flips his hair. *___*
