First off: If you come in at 5:20 and place an order for your food to be ready at 5:35, you may as well wait the seven fucking minutes for it to be done. whatever.
So one of my workers accidently set the order to be ready at 6:35. I tried to explain this, the woman got snappy and interrupted me. Fine, I'm used to that. Then she crossed her arms and did that little head bobbing thing and said "Ya'll the ones messed up, I should get something for free."
That's where I told her that she didn't need to be rude to me. She got offended and interrupted me, then I told her I'd been planning to give her something free until she turned rude. She told me to "shove it up my ass" and stormed out.
On top of all this, she had wanted them ready at 5:35 yes? This little confrontation took place at 6:11. People confound me.
Tonight was also Becca's last night, so the end has begun.
