That shift seemed to last for-fucking-ever. The sad part is that the first few hours I had a lot of fun. It's not often I actually get a full-time helper with ovens. Having someone there who knew what they were doing made it almost too easy. Plus Trevor is a lot fun, and intelligent to boot.
The Drunk:
This guy was funny. This happened...I think last weekend? Dude comes in completely and utterly drunk off his ass and starts trying to order a pizza. He doesn't just want peps, he wants sausage, beef, tomatoes, jalepenos (said phonetically, not correctly), and let's not forget the egg. So he kept saying all this, over and over to the point eve the peoople in the back could hear him. Poor Josh was the one stuck taking his order, and after managing to take (I know not how, this kid is really cool. C's brother, which just makes me laugh) it, politely tells the guy to sit down so he can help other customers.
The guy freaks, starts shouting about how he's the customer and Josh shouldn't talk to him like, he's the customer, etc etc. Josh was about to make him sit down when the HM got involved, and then an Assistant Manager got involved and finally the guy finally chilled. It was the story of the wekk though.
I Got Asked Out:
Did I already mention the guy that asked me to be his girlfriend? I don't think. It was late - we had two minutes until close and these guys were hanging around waiting for their food. Me being me I'm not going to act anything but myself that late at night, even with customers around. Mario and I are constantly bickering, mostly in fun but sometimes I really do annoy him. Anyway this round was just playing, and I was yelling at him (very loudly) in Japanese.
Apparently a girl yelling violently in Japanese while looking like hell from a craptastic night is quite the turn on. Who knew. But thedrug dealer guy gave me his attempt at a charming smile (read: annoying leer) and asked my name, if I had a boyfriend, etc etc. It was amusing. Why is it I only attract crackfiends and assholes? It's a mystery.
Hmm....there was something else but it's escaping me at the moment.
The boss was in tonight...he started out seeming very asshole but he's honestly sad to me (and Becca) go. But he digs why we're going and wished me the best. Hard to stay mad at the man, blast him.
Already have most of the new workers scared of me. Oh! But Lloyd seems to like me. I taughter him counter the other day and let him do it again today. He and the twins - it's so much fun getting them to smile. Does that sound dumb? They're the sweetest kids, I'll honestly miss them.
Tee hee, less than a week to go now and I'm DONE!!!
