maderrI do not play WoW. However, my mother, my brother, and my sister (rykaine) do. Whenever WoW comes up in a conversation, I mention this fact, cause I think it's really cool they all play and are very good at it.
So this tech at work mentioned at work last week that he plays. I immediately jumped in to talk about my family, and how they all have lv 70 chars and stuff. He immediately brags that he has four lv 70 chars. I immediately sense by tone and manner that he is not half so badass as he apparently thinks. He also despises Alliance, and will only play as Horde (sp? I'm so fucking that word up). I want to roll my eyes.
On further conversation with him, and later my family, I find out he really is not as 1337 as he makes out.
Today, I got even more info, after telling him my sibs were not impressed. He informs me that he only plays PvE because 'PvP is full of assholes'
And my siblings and mother promptly inform me is a Care Bear, and only plays on easymode, and they're as far from impressed as it is possible to get.
Hee hee hee.

It's some funny stuff when the alliance can't find the other two lifts to raid thunderbluff, or the horde sneaks into the deeprun tram without setting off any under attack stuff only to realize that the server is still in fact 80% alliance and most of them live in stormwind and ironforge.

It's true, the skilled gamers usually don't bother to brag or taunt, they let their actions speak for them.
Afk in PvP zones at own risk XD though if you're powerful enough you can risk it teehee~
