I would kill for a cabana boy right now. When stressed, or sometimes simply being forced to sit the wrong way for too long, my entire left shoulder gets knotted up, so badly it starts to go down my back and up the side and back of my neck. I can't describe it better than that. Anyway, when it gets bad enough, my left arm will start to go numb if held a certain way too long. Very weird. There's not much I can do about it, either. I can get the pain to reduce, but never really go away. My point being, it's kinda funny when you're just flipping papers and you have to periodically stop to get feeling back in your arm.
This week is moving at a snail's pace. I swear it should be Thursday already.
Had wanted to do something fun this weekend. Had it all planned. Then I remembered I have to work on Saturday. Then the weather said it was going to rain >_o Hopefully the weather and all is good enough next weekend, I can do what I want then.
Thank you, all, for answering the poll. More thanks to those who provided useful comments.

Date: 2008-09-11 04:41 am (UTC)I have burning itching pain and some numbness in the little and ring fingers on my left side. Sometimes is extends to the wrist and other parts of the hand.
Am thinking it also has to do with my weight and how I hold my shoulder. (saw my GP. diagnostic needles were discussed. I stopped listening)
Thank you. If you, who are normal and someone I admire, can have a similar problem then the world is not so scary.
