For those few who do not know (not that I would expect anyone to know, it's just one of those things I blather about), I am mightily enamored of Daniel Craig, who is the new James Bond. That man makes me happy. He is the best fucking Bond ever, and I will ignore all arguments against this. Plus, he's hot as hell (and I realize he is not everyone's cup of tea, but he is my teacup, saucer, and pot, also the sugar and the cream).

Roomie and I were chatting on the way back from dinner, and it segued into Bond and all, and how we would totally molest him, or gladly watch him molest other guys (cause he was all for macking on men in a Bond movie, he knows his audience), and I laughingly said I would totally put him with Oded Fehr (Mummy-verse, oh hot desert man, how happy you make me).

This, of course, led to ideas of Bond getting lost in the Desert and being rescued by Ardeth, and we all know where it goes from there.

There's my favorite cliche, buddy. Deserts. Hotties lost in them. Smexed by hot desert men. I am, at heart, still a sick sad fangirl.

But gotta admit, it's a pretty image.

Well, I know what to get you for Christmas. XD Although how one man can be a teacup, saucer, pot, sugar AND cream has some very interesting images running through my head. ^___^

*gigglefit* What's the point in being a writer if I can't abuse metaphors and make them cry?

I AM ALL FOR THIS EVENT HAPPENING. ALL FOR IT. <3

That would actually be a very cool story; hottie gets lost and almost dies in desert, gets found by other hottie, nursed back to health by hottie, and both hotties live happily ever after raising sheep. :D

Hottie getting lost, saved by other hottie, is always a good story. Especially in deserts.

cliches are my bread and butter. if I didn't like cliches, I would SOL as a romance writer. anyway, they're fun. how many times have I written masked ball! cliche, come on.

I couldn't agree with you more. I have watched James Bond movies just to have something to do, but have never been a big fan until Daniel Craig. I know what you mean when you say he's not everyone's 'tea', but he is certainly mine. It's nice to see others on my flist who also can appreciate his hotness!

Ummm. Ardeth *drool* How come I never thought of that pairing??? Desert man was my fantasy guy for 3 years after I watched the mummy series (he's still on the list, just a bit farther down) ;)

So I totally blame you and Sandstorm for awakening the possibilities of The Desert. 8D

And. That line. About teacups and saucers. Is the most epic thing ever.

You win.

Agreed.

The 14th can't get here fast enough, so I can get some more inspiration for slash-sketches involving Mr. Bond-JamesBond. :D

Maybe, Maybe you should write it. <3

Oh god, I love Oded Fehr, and weirdly enough, I have a thing for Arnold Vosloo, the guy who plays Imhotep. He's just so rugged, and manly, and where's eyeliner. <33333

Also, *pets* Just because. <3

LOVE me some Daniel Craig too. Best BOND EVER!! So right there. And Fehr is hotness multiplied. *goes off dreaming of the two of them in the desert*

I do admit Oded Fehr is made of hotness; he's so far one of the sexiest man I've ever seen. He is, I think, to me what Daniel Craig is to you...

Thank you for putting the new image in my head; I think it's hot too.
