Happy Thought of the Day
Nov. 4th, 2008 08:11 pmFor those few who do not know (not that I would expect anyone to know, it's just one of those things I blather about), I am mightily enamored of Daniel Craig, who is the new James Bond. That man makes me happy. He is the best fucking Bond ever, and I will ignore all arguments against this. Plus, he's hot as hell (and I realize he is not everyone's cup of tea, but he is my teacup, saucer, and pot, also the sugar and the cream).
Roomie and I were chatting on the way back from dinner, and it segued into Bond and all, and how we would totally molest him, or gladly watch him molest other guys (cause he was all for macking on men in a Bond movie, he knows his audience), and I laughingly said I would totally put him with Oded Fehr (Mummy-verse, oh hot desert man, how happy you make me).
This, of course, led to ideas of Bond getting lost in the Desert and being rescued by Ardeth, and we all know where it goes from there.
There's my favorite cliche, buddy. Deserts. Hotties lost in them. Smexed by hot desert men. I am, at heart, still a sick sad fangirl.
But gotta admit, it's a pretty image.

Date: 2008-11-05 01:18 am (UTC)That would actually be a very cool story; hottie gets lost and almost dies in desert, gets found by other hottie, nursed back to health by hottie, and both hotties live happily ever after raising sheep. :D

Date: 2008-11-05 01:22 am (UTC)Hottie getting lost, saved by other hottie, is always a good story. Especially in deserts.

You win.

Date: 2008-11-05 04:05 am (UTC)The 14th can't get here fast enough, so I can get some more inspiration for slash-sketches involving Mr. Bond-JamesBond. :D

Date: 2008-11-05 04:44 am (UTC)Oh god, I love Oded Fehr, and weirdly enough, I have a thing for Arnold Vosloo, the guy who plays Imhotep. He's just so rugged, and manly, and where's eyeliner. <33333
Also, *pets* Just because. <3
