This Rough Magic

Heart Heart Heart this book. Even better than Shadow of the Lion. It had everything I like and then some. Italy, magic, Erik, evil russian demon, more magic, Benito, Manfred, cool women, and for good measure it throw s in greek mythology.

I've read all but the most recent of the Valdemar series. It's best to read them as they came out. It helps things make better sense.

I have [i]The Heralds of Valdemar[/i](arrow's), [i]The Last Herald-Mage[/i], & [i]The Mage Wars[/i] series. I also have [i]By The Sword[/i] which is best to read before mage wars. If maderr wants, I can bring some of them over tomorrow.
