BeBeautiful was wrong?

I belive BeBeautiful was the company that said no one would ever publish Love Mode stateside because of the profusion of may/december relationships.


...One my mailing lists just said Tokyopop will be involved in the distrubtion of three new yaoi titles, thoug they aren't actually publishing them (I forget the company who is, will check later), including Love Mode, Earthian, and one other.

EARTHIAN!!! <--have known this for awhile, but it stilll makes me happy fangirl.

Cool moment of the day

Just about done sorting the mail, and I'm going through the stuff we're uncertain about (lots of stuff coming in is addressed to the clients rather than the lawyers and they don't always specify c/o X). This one was just addressed to Jane Doe, not even the firm was mentioned.

Opened it up...PETITION AGAINST HOMOSEXUAL MARRIAGES.

I felt sick. More precisely, I think it was a petition to stop the petition going around for same sex marriages. Anyway, I didn't know what to do with it - as much as I wanted, I can't just throw out mail with which I disagree. Not my mail.

Showed it to the assist manager, she looked at it, considered the envelope...then tore it to shreds.

Heh. Takes care of that I guess.
