maderrUntil I get some writing done. Must. Write. SMP. story. Sheesh I've never been this bad about it. Don't even have anything typed...but I'll have something to mail out Monday if I have to forego sleep. There is no excuse for this kind of slacking.
Also working on something I shouldn't be working on. And I'm not telling or posting until it's done, because I tend to slack off after posting well-recieved snippets. Mwahahahaha.
Quick book rec:
Geisha, A Life by Mineko Iwasaki. I liked Memoirs of a Geisha, I like this one more (even though a lot of the publishers seem to think A Life is stiff and mechanical). She has a pretty way of writing (at least in English; I don't know if it's a translation or whatnot); it's very Japanese (obviously), I think that's what throws the white folk off. Anyway, cool book.
Okay, enough rambling. I am hereby exiled from the internet until I accomplish something.
