Who's George Lazenby?

And how is Casino Royale not an official bond movie? That's the name of the first book - did they do the movie all wrong or something?

I can explain this.

Plot summary/description from IMDB:
"Sir James Bond (enjoying his retirement), a spy from the old school (a good spy is a pure spy) is called back to service by the death of "M" and the imminent collapse of civilization. The opposition tries to compromise him, but even as nubile young agents are thrown at him, he remains above it all. Going beyond parody to sillyness, every agent is renamed James Bond, 007 to confuse the enemy, including Woody Allen who plays, Little Jimmy Bond."

So as you can see, Casino Royale was simply a parody of Bond (kind of like Austin Powers) which came out 5 years after Dr. No. Thusly, the new Casino Royale will actually be based off the book and can possibly be considered not a remake ^^

It also wasn't an Albert R. Broccoli produced Bond film which all of them were up through GoldenEye (he died).
