Well, you could have Bond replace his sleeping gas pen with knockout gas. Or aphrodesiac darts? ^_^

Or have them in a typical Bond-gets-captured-by-bad-guy-and-strapped-to-laser situation and McGyver tries to help and Bond gets out anyway?

I can just SO see Bond and McGyver battling it out--high tech vs. slap-and-dash. Then after that, hooking up over beers.
