If you're really that leery about it, I will talk to Sam - but most likely I won't reach her until we're already there. But I agree that really we all want to spend most of our time in France. I will see, she may be amenable.
Just don't go to Italy without me when you go someday - that would make me cry.
I am game so far as hostels vs. hotels. It's just I don't have much money. If your mom is really that amenable to helping us, I won't refuse it. And if hotels are cheaper, hey - that's good for us.
Explain Dublin to me - I've heard rumors all day that you are flying there and not into London.
