WE'VE STOPPED DELIVERY!!!!!

*insert holy music*

In other news I have absolutely nothing to bitch about. The shift was so perfect I truly think the world is ending. And I got to tell every nasty, fat, lazy moron in this city that we're never delivering to them again. *does a happy dance*

I also have the next two days off, but only because Nancy is making me close Friday-Sunday. If I'm alive by the end of Sunday I'm going to buy myself something.

Speaking of closing, the boss was telling stories tonight (he tends to do this kinda sorta all the freakin' time) about how he used to always do landing. He mentioned that in all of pizzadom (so far as the actual stores go), landing is the most difficult job. It figures this is the one I decide to be good at.

See the problem with pizza places not delivering if when one stops everyone will move and get pizza from another place that delivers. I know it must suck working at a place where you have to deal with deliveries but that is what keeps most pizza places alive. Why do you think most little ceasers no longer exist except inside k-marts? People liked them well enough but got sick of having to go out and get the pizza since in their heyday none of the little ceasars delivered.

It's true there aren't many Caesars, and w/out delivery we would normally die - except that since we became a five dollar store we've been pulling in more money. We'v almost doubled what we used to do, and since starting it delivery dropped to the point that it cost too much to keep. People in this town are lazy, but they're more cheap than they are lazy. They'll drive out if they only have to pay five bucks for a pizza.
