So I've had two classes so far. The writing lesson wasn't actually much - technically we should have read the lessons aloud and then they do silent work but they seemed to be getting ansty during the group stuff so I just let them do it all silent. That was the good class.

Social Studies was a riot, they were supposed to read an article and write the definitions. Ah, but this class has The Troublemaker. Two seconds into class he asked if I was twenty two, then I got quizzed on where I live, etc. etc. Despite the noise, they seemed to actually get the work done (except for trouble). Now I seem to have an hour or so of free time before I have to report for Lunch Duty.

I have no idea what to do in regards to Lunch Duty. Hmm...best go find a teacher.

Oh - a couple of the students called me Miss Deer. Anyone says a word DRAKE and I'll flatten you.

Think you'll want to be doing this for the rest of your life...Miss Derr? How do kids stack up compared to customers, by the way?
