This is the tea I've been drinking lately.
It's extremely tasty, and the sort of tea that is good with or without milk & sugar. Of late I've been drinking it with just sugar, and I make it pretty strong.
I also have their gunpowder green tea, and that is equally yummy.

Confession: I babble when tired.
Date: 2008-02-23 02:14 pm (UTC)I like tea. Today I was at Baskin Robbins and got some green tea flavour and the girl asked if I wanted to try it first, which is funny because that's what happened last time too. I guess my fellow Australians just don't appreciate green tea.

Ahaha. Dude, I'm jealous your BR has green tea. Ours so doesn't.

Date: 2008-02-23 02:34 pm (UTC)Our local BR sometimes has green tea and sometimes doesn't, but the last two times it has. My favourite flavour to have with green tea is very fruity strawberry (like light gelato or sorbet) but they never have that kind of flavour at BR (they have very creamy strawberry, but I tried it once and it wasn't the same). There's a gelato place at the bottom of a department store in Singapore that does it and it's just wonderful. *dreams happily*

Date: 2008-02-23 04:03 pm (UTC)Yesterday I went looking for the postcards for you Sis and went near my Sis' new flat. After leaving it, we came across a tea shop and I bought some tea : hojicha (japanese green), tamaryokucha (japanese green) and two "parfumés" (jasmine green and "orange sanguine"_red orange?_ black), plus tasted some Caravanserail (cinnamon, ginseng, orange and flowers). We'll go there often : large choice of quality tea and nice people_ stay one hour in there... I've come across another shop you'd have found interesting (but did not enter this time_pay not there yet and funds low...), I'll send you the shots I've made ^__^

Date: 2008-02-23 04:34 pm (UTC)I have a wide variety of teas. Some black teas taste best with milk, cause it brings out the flavor. Others are good plain. I would never put anything in any of my green teas. My favorite of those right now are the gyokuro I've got, and a green tea infused with cherry. Very tasty. I've got really good camomile too, and a few other herbal teas. Don't think I've ever found chrysanthemum, but I'll look the next time I go to the international foods grocery store.
